Responsibilities:

The Aggregate Spend Architect is responsible for developing overall aggregate spend and transparency architecture, including feeder system integration, interface orchestration, and reporting. They will also interpret defined business requirements to technical architecture and technical requirements and participate in technical requirements workshops related to interfaces.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting with a top consulting firm
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical/life sciences compliance, sales and marketing, operations, business processes, data, and supporting technology
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with directors and client influencers
  • Minimum of two pharmaceutical aggregate spend full life cycle projects
  • Experience delivering projects with a remote and/or distributed on-shore team

Responsibilities:

The Epic Willow Application Coordinator is responsible for the deployment of Epic Willow in multiple healthcare facilities within a single healthcare system. Responsibilities include:

  • Perform system analysis and technical support functions
  • Create and modify system builds in support of requirements
  • Conduct demonstrations of system changes for end users
  • Provide In-person and remote support for end users
  • Create and execute test scripts for new builds

  • Certification in Epic Willow
  • Prior implementation and clinical/operational experience

Responsibilities:

The Epic Optime Application Coordinator is responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of the OpTime clinical application for several healthcare facilities. The individual will document scheduling and materials workflows, determine which functionality should be implemented, lead development, testing, and validation, monitor and resolve issues, and provide end-user training and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Certification in Epic OpTime
  • Prior implementation and clinical/operational experience

Responsibilities:

The Epic CPOE Application Coordinator is responsible for overseeing implementation and support for computerized physician order entry systems. The individual will identify system/application needs, analyze and document current business practices, needs, and processes, oversee system design, configuration, and implementation, and provide training and support for end-users.

Responsibilities:

The Epic ClinDoc Application Coordinator will review software, analyze business operations, and act as a liaison between implementation staff and the end-user to ensure the system meets organizational needs. The individual will also analyze workflows, data collection, reports, and technical issues and develop and document internal procedures related to Epic applications.

Responsibilities:

The Epic Cardiant Application Coordinator is responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of the Cardiant application for several healthcare facilities. The individual will work with development teams, review the software, analyze business operations, develop and document internal procedures, work with end-users to customize application to meet organizational needs, support design, development, and testing, provide training and support to end-users, and resolve application issues.

Responsibilities:

The Cerner PowerChart Ambulatory EMR Support Analyst is responsible for implementing, upgrading, and supporting Cerner PowerChart in an ambulatory setting. The individual will also document system policies and procedures, modify software, develop test plans, evaluate, design, test, and implement software as needed, monitor system performance, and identify and resolve problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Prior experience with configuring and implementing clinical systems

Responsibilities:

The Siemens Soarian Clinical Systems Analyst will be part of a project team that is configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting the implementation of the Soarian system in accordance with client’s requirements. The individual will work with end-users to maximize utilization, identify and solve problems, provide advice, and institute process improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a clinical environment
